Made for Sir Jepoy, with a little extra thought.
Coffee,
sir Jepoy?
Your work made me think bigger about mine.
So I made you a little tour of what we’re building.
I’m Marwin, the person behind Carry One Creations. We make personalized gifts. Lately, I’ve been building the tools—and the customer experience—around them.
Come take a look First, a personal noteSomething in the making.

Hi sir Jepoy,
Nakabili na ako dati nung Botcake AI agent instructions builder mo. Tapos nakita ko yung marketing tools at creative briefs—and I had a feeling you were someone worth following.
As a small business owner, agentic AI felt like a door opening. Biglang may mga bagay na kaya ko nang buuin, instead of waiting until I could afford a whole team to build them.
At first, I wanted to keep that advantage to myself. Then I saw how generously you share what you know.
That stayed with me. You share things people can actually use. It made me want to show you what one small business owner is doing with that same curiosity.
Gusto sana kitang makausap over coffee—or a paid consultation, kung mas bagay sa setup mo.
A little more of the story +
Carry One is still very dependent on Shopee and TikTok Shop. May experience naman ako sa Facebook ads for general merchandise, pero personalized products are a different challenge.
Now we have our own website, product previews, internal tools, and a consumer app in development. The question is becoming bigger than “can we build this?” It’s “what should we put in front of people first?”
I think your experience could help us find that direction. Open ako sa paid consultation, and if there’s a fit, maybe something we can work on together.

Carry One Creations
A look inside Carry One
There’s already
something to work with.
Real products. A working shop. Tools built around the work. And a new way for customers to make something personal.
A home of our own.
Our own storefront gives personalized products room to explain themselves—with product pages, previews, checkout, and delivery choices.
Shopee and TikTok brought us here. The next chapter is building a more direct relationship with the people who buy from us.

From a request
to something we can make.
Creative Labs brings item creation into purpose-built workspaces. Our team can shape a personalized design, inspect its render, and prepare production files.
The interesting part: the customer’s preview and the team’s output can be built around the same product definition.
Less translation between “what I meant” and “what gets made.”
Initial Keychain studio snapshot, October 21. Product and physical checks continue separately.
A thing you can hold.

Make a memory.
Keep it. Share it.
Two photos become a flip you can preview. Save a private keep, share a derived image or clip, or move toward a physical keepsake.
It’s the shift I’m excited about: giving customers a place to create, not just a listing to buy from.
Implemented app reference renders, not store-release screenshots. iOS and Android release preparation is ongoing.
The bigger possibility
What if making it personal
became part of the product?
The opportunity I see isn’t just another sales channel. It’s a shorter path from “this reminds me of you” to a keepsake someone wants to give.
Find a product
A listing catches your eye.
Explain the idea
Send photos, names, and instructions.
Wait for a preview
The team translates the request.
Receive the gift
The personal meaning arrives with it.
An illustrative buying journey—the friction personalized products often ask customers to work through.
Our working thesis
When creating is enjoyable,
the product has a story before it ships.
That could mean more confidence before checkout, more reasons to share, and a reason to return for the next person or occasion. Those are ideas to test—not results we’re claiming yet.
Under the hood
The foundations
are taking shape.
A little technical context, since I think you’ll appreciate what’s connecting the pieces.

Website & product creationLive + developing
The Carry One storefront is live. Internal creation tools are built and evolving, with shared product definitions helping connect customer previews and production.
Lalamove integrationQuotes connected
Production Lalamove quotations and rush-delivery checkout integration have been verified, alongside J&T standard shipping. A complete paid order and rider-booking journey is a separate validation step.
Apple & Google developer accountsEstablished
Apple Developer Program membership is active, and a Google Play developer account has been created. Verification and release preparation remain part of the work; this is not an App Store or Play Store launch.
for keepsIn development
A Flutter app with native camera, photo, motion and media capabilities, local private storage, and account and checkout connections. Store packages, device checks and release acceptance are still being worked through.
The way I’m building
I’ve gone deep on AI.
And built a place for the work to live.
Hindi lang occasional prompts. I’m investing in the tools, the context, and a working setup I can keep building on.
The work has a history.
Code lives in version control: changes, branches, pull requests, and a record we can come back to. We can build together without losing how we got here.
The context stays with us.
Shared briefs, decisions, tasks, and handoffs give our agents a common memory of the business. The next session has somewhere to start.
A place to coordinate it.
We’ve already built our own Agent Office—a place to bring the agents and their work together. The tools are becoming part of how the business operates.
The exciting part for me: I can turn a good conversation into something we can actually build, show, and improve.
Where your perspective could change things
I can build more.
I’d love your eye on what’s worth building around.
May products at workshop na kami, at mas marami nang kayang buuin. Ang gusto kong marinig: kung ikaw ang nasa kalagayan ko, saan ka muna tataya? These are three ideas I’d love to talk through.
One product. One audience.
A buying experience that feels complete.
Choose a proven gift, give it a clear occasion and a focused page, then connect the right creative to a simple personalization flow.
Which offer would you put in front of people first—and what would convince you it deserves a bigger push?
Look for: completed purchases, contribution after costs, and where people hesitate.Conversation starters. No campaign, spend, or partnership is committed.
So, sir Jepoy…
May oras ka
for a cup of coffee?
Tagaytay, when it works for you.
I’ll bring the coffee and a few things we’ve made.
Open din ako sa paid consultation if that’s a better fit.
One honest conversation about what could come next.
Salamat sa mga sine-share mo, sir.
May small business owner dito na napapakilos niyan.
Marwin
